Schnitzel

Oh my gosh! This pork is the moistest I have ever had!

Schnitzel
6 thin cut boneless pork chops.
Pound them out as thin as you can.
Then coat them in flour, dredge them in eggs, and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet until the oil is just about boiling.
Place the pork chops into the skillet and cook about 3 minutes per side.
The pork chops will be golden brown.

Guys I am not kidding you these things are good!

  1. LOL. My hubs and I went to a horse farm/guest ranch in 2007 and the 1st night they served Weiner Schnitzel. It was so delicious but what was even better was the fact that we could not stop saying WEINER SCHNITZEL the whole entire weekend!!!!
