This post is not really recipes but more about ideas. The picture above is beautiful, so that is why I am posting it. Chef salad with deep fried bacon and garlic bread. The deep fried bacon is not something I think I will ever do again, but hey I saw it on a blog and thought I should give it a whirl.

Beer Butt Chicken

Simple but delicious. Cook your chicken on a beer can on the barbacue. Takes about two hours but is oh so nummy!
